Fees are charged to private clients as per the following discounted rates. These fees are significantly below those suggested by the Australian Psychological Society (APS), which are currently set at $311 for a 46-60 minute session.

Fees for a standard 50 minute consultation are: 
 
Standard rate: $245*                

Concession rate: $230*
 
*You will receive a rebate of $141.85 with a valid Mental Health Care Plan. There is also a small processing fee ($5 approx.).

There is no gap fee if you have an eligible DVA, NDIS or other source of funding.

You may also be eligible for a rebate from your Private Health Insurer. Please contact your Health Fund to check whether you are eligible.

Telehealth services are available where preferred and can offer a convenient way to engage in sessions.


 



Email reminders for appointments are sent approximately 48 hours before a scheduled appointment, however, it is your responsibility to take note of your appointment time. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please let the clinic know by telephone or email as soon as possible. If you are unable to reach our staff, please leave a voice message.

Cancellation fees are currently set at $100 if you cancel within 48 hours of the appointment.
